Services
Mental Health Physiotherapy is psychologically informed, and neurobiologically based, bringing body, brain and mind together. By working with the body we change our brain, our feelings and mood: this changes how we interact with people and the world around us.
This body-based treatment uses sensation, movement and perception to help the body-brain connectivity to work better, and change neurobiology and physiology.
